Side effects of Bendamustine:

If you have the following side effects, please consult your doctor:

· Fever, cough, mouth sores; nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation; headache, fatigue, dizziness, drowsiness; swelling of hands or feet; loss of appetite, weight loss; or mild skin rash.

·Severe nausea, vomiting or diarrhea; feeling very weak or tired; coughing with yellow or green mucus, stabbing chest pain, wheezing, shortness of breath; pain, swelling, redness, skin changes or signs of infection after injection of the drug.

· Low blood count-fever, chills, flu-like symptoms, swollen gums, mouth ulcers, skin sores, fast heartbeat, pale skin, easy bruising, abnormal bleeding, dizziness.

· Signs of tumor cell rupture-low back pain, urine, little or no urination; numbness or tingling around the mouth; muscle weakness or tightness; fast or slow heart rhythm, weak pulse, confusion, fainting.

·Dehydration symptoms-feeling very thirsty or fever, unable to urinate, sweating a lot, or skin dry and hot.

· Low potassium-leg cramps, constipation, arrhythmia, chest flapping, extreme thirst, increased urination, numbness or tingling, muscle weakness or feeling of movement.

·Severe skin reactions-swelling of the face or tongue, burning eyes, skin pain, followed by a red or purple rash spreading (especially on the face or upper body) and causing blistering and peeling.

Precautions for Bendit Bendamustine injection:

 Before using bendamustine, if you are allergic to bendamustine, please tell your doctor or pharmacist; or you have other allergic reactions. The product may contain inactive ingredients (such as mannitol), which can cause allergic reactions or other problems. Contact your pharmacist for more details.

· Before using this medication, please tell your doctor or pharmacist your medical history, especially: blood/bone marrow disease, kidney problems, liver problems, recent/current infections.

·Do not get immunization without the consent of the doctor. Avoid contact with people who have recently received live vaccines (such as flu vaccine inhaled through the nose).

·This medicine may make you dizzy or cause fatigue. Do not drive, use machinery or perform any activities that require alertness or clear vision until you are sure that you can perform such activities safely. Limit alcoholic beverages.

It is not recommended to use this medicine during pregnancy. It may harm the unborn baby. It is important to prevent pregnancy while using this medication and within 3 months of treatment. If you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant, or if your partner is pregnant, please tell your doctor immediately.

· It is not clear whether the drug passes into breast milk. However, it is not recommended to breastfeed while using this drug. Consult your doctor before breastfeeding.
